Learn how to set alerts and notifications:

Verizon Family - Manage Notification Settings
- From the Verizon Family Guardian app, tap the More tab.
- Tap Set report details.
- Select if you would like to receive the Weekly summary report.
- Tap the desired family member from the table.
- Select if you would like to receive the Daily summary email and what to include in it.

Verizon Family - Add or Remove Boundary Alerts
- From the Verizon Family parent app, tap the Locations tab.
- From the Saved locations section, tap View all.
Perform one of the following:
To add a place:
- Tap Add new saved location.
Enter or configure the following info then tap Save:
- Add a Location label (e.g., Home, School, etc.)
Address
If necessary, tap Clear to remove the current address and search for a new one.- Choose map icon (optional)
Set boundary alerts
- Tap the switch to turn on

- Use the slider to choose the radius you wish to be alerted
- Select the family members.
- Choose if you want to know when the Dependent arrives, leaves or both.
To remove a place:
- Select the place to remove.
- Tap Delete (right-side).
- To confirm, review the info then tap Delete.
You can set up alerts to notify you of:
- Your dependent's current location
- When your dependent arrives at and leaves certain places
- Your dependent's location at set times during the day
- Daily and/or weekly notifications of important activities
- Communication with new and watchlist contacts
