Suspend or resume internet connectivity on your dependent's device.

  1. From the Verizon Family Guardian app, tap the Family Profiles tab.
  2. Select the appropriate family member you would like to pause or resume Internet activity for.
  3. Tap Pause Internet.

  4. You can perform any of the following:

    • To suspend Internet access until you choose to resume:

      1. Tap Until I unpause.
      2. To confirm, tap Pause now.

    • To pause Internet access for an amount of time:

      1. Tap For an Amount of time.
      2. Select the desired time from the dropdown menu.
      3. To confirm, tap Pause now.
    • To restore Internet access, tap Unpause Internet.
